Welcome, Visitor!

Wow! What a year this has been! Many people have experienced life changing upheavals whether from sadness of losing loved ones, financial worries from losing jobs, losing businesses, adapting from a full house of people trying to work and study from home, unwanted weight gain or loss from stress related eating/not-eating, or lack of exercise.

You may have started trying to organize your home or it may have become chaotic from balancing the demands of home-schooling, perhaps caring for isolating relatives. You may be feeling overwhelmed with trying to keep up with everything or perhaps you wish to change your work/life balance.

As a coach, I do not shred your paperwork, neither do I bin your stuff. I do not offer or recommend diet plans, and nor do I offer financial advice.

We work together to assist you in discovering and understanding your personal challenges, identifying your goals, steps you may choose to take, routines you may need to develop and the professional advice you may choose to seek.

Home Organizing

Routines, decluttering, paperwork

Financial Coaching

Facing your finances, creating a budget.

Weight Management Support

Personal Skills & Qualities

Uncovering your hidden values, strengths, building personal evidence.

Important note

It is important to understand that no matter what words may be used during a coaching session, any actions decisions choices made or not made are entirely your own responsibility.

What is the process?

While the Covid-19 crisis is ongoing, all sessions take place remotely, preferably by zoom.

Messenger ‘chat’ coaching may be particularly suitable if you are hard of hearing, live or work in a noisy or busy environment and find it hard to get privacy for a voice call, or just find it easier to share your thoughts via text.

The first session is normally ‘getting to know you’ with an element of coaching and some initial goal setting. Frequency and content of further sessions will depend on the nature of the coaching, your availability and possible external factors.

For a set of 7 sessions, it is quite common for clients to have a session a week for 3 weeks, then a review session, followed by another 3 sessions at fortnightly intervals of which the 7th session will include review.
